Why is diagnostics so important?

A good diagnosis is like a compass for your health. It shows us the current state and helps to identify hidden risks. With the results, I can take targeted measures to improve your health effectively and individually.

Your individual prevention plan in 8 simple steps

1st initial consultation (free of charge)

Get to know us: In a 10-minute conversation – online or in person – we will answer your questions and discuss the first steps for your personalized prevention program.

2. Treatment contract

After you have decided on the program, you will receive the treatment contract.

This lays the foundation for successful cooperation and the implementation of your health goals.

3. Appointment preparation

I will outline the examination agenda and, together with my team, prepare your appointment with us in the practice. Your individual path to better health begins here, tailored to your needs. You will receive medical history questionnaires and, if necessary, laboratory materials. This information will help us to create a comprehensive picture of your health and risk factors.

4th on-site appointment

A comprehensive health check: Instrumental examinations, laboratory analyses and a physical examination form the basis for your individual prevention strategy.

5. Discussion of the results

Whether online or in person, I will discuss your test results in detail. You'll receive a clear picture of your health and initial approaches to targeted measures.

6. Prevention suggestions

Tailor-made recommendations in the areas of nutrition, orthomolecular therapy, exercise, relaxation and more. My suggestions are suitable for everyday use and tailored to you individually. A final report with all your findings will of course be prepared.

7th follow-up appointment

Your success counts: I will continue to support you even after the start of your prevention program.

A follow-up appointment ensures the long-term success of your health measures.

Who is the program suitable for?

My prevention program is aimed at privately insured individuals, self-payers, companies, and athletes who want to actively shape their health and take preventative measures. Whether you're experiencing the first signs of stress or simply want to do more to improve your well-being – I'm here for you.

My preventive diagnostics at a glance

Dr. Fontaine draws blood from a patient to analyze vascular health and possible risk factors.

vascular health

Your blood vessels are a key indicator of your general health. By measuring your vascular age, analyzing blood flow and long-term blood pressure measurements, as well as evaluating genetic risk factors, I get a comprehensive picture of your cardiovascular system. Using sonography of the carotid arteries and abdomen, as well as modern arteriography, I can identify potential risks such as arteriosclerosis at an early stage and take targeted countermeasures.

organ health

Our organs work at full speed every day, but potential problems often do not become apparent early on. I analyze your organ health with comprehensive examinations - from ultrasound examinations (e.g. of the thyroid and abdominal organs) to laboratory diagnostics. This is supplemented by specialized tests such as stress ECG, long-term ECG, skin screening, vision and hearing tests, and a lung function test. The assessment of genetic risk factors and less obvious aspects such as dental status and urine analysis are also included in the evaluation.

energy and metabolism

An optimally functioning metabolism is the basis for energy and performance. My diagnostics include precise laboratory analyses that evaluate your metabolic activity, as well as measuring your heart rate variability (HRV) as an indicator of your physical adaptability. Stress ECG
and lung function tests provide information about your cardiopulmonary fitness and the efficiency of your energy metabolism. The aim is to uncover possible weaknesses and provide individual recommendations for action.

Mental Health

Our mental health affects every aspect of our lives - and it deserves special attention. In addition to the detailed medical history and structured questionnaires on topics such as burnout, depression and stress levels, I can identify psychological stress. Laboratory analyses provide additional insights into possible physical causes. If necessary, I carry out cognitive tests to assess your mental performance. The results enable us to develop concrete recommendations for stress management and mental strength.

Individual analyses

Your health profile is as unique as you are. I offer special analyses that go beyond standard diagnostics: genetic and epigenetic tests, detailed nutritional analyses, and examinations of specific areas of life such as sleep quality or intestinal health. Based on this individual data, we develop a personalized plan that perfectly fits your needs.
